I couldn't hear it on my old Mac, unless my ear was directly over the keyboard. The thing is: My Mid-2014 MacBook Pro has done the same sound, but just much quieter. It stops immediately, after the work is done, so for example it stops after zooming in Google Maps. The sound resembles to a buzzing/cracking sound. Has anybody found a solution to that? Or does anybody know if this is a problem of Apple or YouTube?ģ.) I have noticed that my MacBook Pro does a sound when it is used for an intensive work, for example when zooming in/out on Google Maps on satellite mode. Anyways I wanted to share it with the public, especially as I can remember that the fast forwarding with the Touch Bar worked perfectly on the 2017 MacBook Pro. This concern does not bother me that much, as I have experienced it on other MacBook Pro's too, so it is not a problem of my particular computer.

I don't know if this is a software bug of Apple or YouTube. If I fast forward with the Touch Bar, the video will not start playing again, but it will rather show the loading circle forever (even though it is already preloaded, which can be seen by the grey bar on YouTube).
When doing this with the Trackpad, the video first has to load (which will take only a few seconds with fast internet) and after that it will start playing again. I am watching a video and fast forward it like five minutes. Why is that? Does anybody else encounter this problem (especially with a brand new Mac)?Ģ.) Next one is a bit more complicated, let me explain it: I am on the website of YouTube (with Safari). Therefore I personally assume that this is not a hardware problem, as it shows the correct percentage in system preferences. The percentage, which it shows in system preferences is correct, so only the menu bar does not update. If I disable the percentage indication in the menu bar and enable it again, it shows the correct percentage. So for example it stays at 95% for 1 hour. 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7 8th generation processor (faster processor)ġ.) I have noticed that sometimes (not always) the battery percentage in the menu bar does not update. My questions are regarding a brand new 2018 MacBook Pro - 13 inch with these configurations:
